Michael G Garreffi
Mike began his construction career as a teenager working part-time after school with his father. Working from the bottom up with a hands-on approach, he has worked on all facets of construction from start to finish. His experience includes working on construction projects including restaurants, retail stores, tenant improvements, and residential spaces. Ever since he was a young boy his love and vision for the building industry have grown along with his drive to be in business for himself. Mike, now a General Contractor licensee, has teamed up with his father to fulfill their shared dream of owning a family-operated business whose combined commercial building experience and can-do attitudes set them apart from the rest.
Michael P Garreffi
Michael has over thirty years of experience in the building industry with nine years as a Project Manager and five years as a Senior Project Manager for one of the most prominent Contractors in South Florida and one of the largest, most highly regarded national General Contractors in the country respectively. The last eleven years have been all about building Garrem Construction to be an excellent construction company that specializes in restaurant construction, retail store construction, and tenant improvement buildouts. Over his career and under his direct oversight, numerous projects were completed locally and in different parts of the United States.
